Asking for what you want – with Jeremy Shub (in English)

A three-hour workshop on giving and receiving easily. While it seems easy, this is a complex dynamic. In the class we learn why people don’t ask for what they want. Also we will be practicing a range of exercises to explore what it is we actually want, identify our needs, then ask for them in a safe environment.

This workshop is of course inclusive for all sexual orientations, all genders and a_gender, individuals and all relationship styles – including monogamous and hetero people by the way
